Shadow Group has always been known to be a 1st class organization. To keep organization and our skills up to par we must be practicing AT LEAST once a month. I think it is important to make the practices more organized and productive so that we recieve the optimal outcome from each and every practice. We must remember that members are traveling far distances and taking critical day off work and its not fair for them to come to a disorganized practice where there is no productivity present. So I believe that this is no question, we should maintain the practice days ( in my opinion make more optional practices a month) and make the practice days we have currently more effective. Thanks, TJ

I think once a month practices are fine, with the additional practices added as needed. My problem with practices lately is that when we are there, the only thing people want to do is go out and shoot paint. It isn't taken seriously. Now granted, it's practice and supposed to be fun, but we have people that need to learn how we do things, and when people are being disruptive, that becomes difficult. We have to buckle down and get back to being a powerhouse on the field. Now this is not an attack on any individual, I feel Tom has done a great job with all of the added responsibilty he has. We as a team need to become tighter again, and in turn that will make us all better players.

As I stated, I would rather keep the practices to monthly. (I assume this does not count the extra practices for Tac 10)

"lets go shoot some paint", etc. but we need get back to where we started... and get the training done...
